The Ajera Users Association Board of Directors is delighted to invite you to our annual conference in historic Williamsburg, Virginia on the 250th birthday of the United States of America. Whether you come for the hands-on computer learning, the in-depth lectures and discussions, or the networking opportunities, we know that you will leave the conference with new tools intended to help you, share what you’ve learned with your team, and possibly return as a teacher in 2027.
As Deltek constantly changes and improves Ajera for our benefit, AUA does the same. 2026’s conference is sure to build on the foundation of 2025. Expect enhanced current classes and additional new sessions. We will continue to have Meet the Experts opportunities for you to meet one-on-one with our volunteers and sponsors to discuss your specific questions.

I am honored to serve as the President of the AUA this year. Writing this letter had me wondering: What makes AUA so unique to other organizations? My first thoughts are our talented volunteers and their employers allowing them to participate, not only during conference, but throughout the year. I say a heartfelt thank you to both. I know that most of you, attendees and volunteers alike, have to go back and complete work that was missed during conference week. Since you keep coming back, I know that AUA is still a great choice.
