Your company has to be an AUA member. To become a company member, go to Ajera Users Association. Remember, it’s one membership per company, up to 999 members in said company for only $275 per year.

Travel; Lodging; Dinners; Thursday Night Event is a separate $20 fee; Tuesday Pre-conference workshop is a separate $295 fee.
Four of the classrooms are hands on with computers already set up as part of the registration cost. The other classrooms are informational. You may bring your own computer, but please be mindful of those around you listening to the presenter.
With the exception of the 40-minute round tables, the rest of the sessions are eligible for CPE’s. 50-minute classes qualify for 1 CPE; 75-minute classes qualify for 1.5 CPE’s. We are a member of NASBA. To be eligible for CPE’s, you must be signed in via Whova electronically at the session AND complete class reviews via the Whova app on or before June 30, 2025.
Yes, we will have WI-FI in the conference area.

Depending on your personal nature, the room may feel cold or warm. We recommend dressing comfortable and bringing a sweater/jacket.
